Effective date: April 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Margynx collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with the public website and the Agentix Seller Cockpit service.

1. Who we are

Margynx provides Agentix Seller Cockpit, an Amazon seller analytics, repricing, and operational decision-support service.

2. Information we collect

  • Account details such as email address, organization name, and service settings.
  • Seller-authorized Amazon data accessed through Amazon authorization flows and only for the permissions granted by the seller.
  • Optional business data submitted by the customer, such as configuration values or cost inputs.
  • Limited technical website and application logs used for security, troubleshooting, and reliability.

3. How we collect information

  • Directly from users who create accounts, contact us, or use the service.
  • From Amazon systems after the seller explicitly authorizes access through Amazon’s authorization workflow.
  • Automatically through routine technical logging and security monitoring.

4. How we use information

  • To provide dashboards, explanations, recommendations, monitoring, and repricing-related workflows.
  • To maintain, support, secure, and improve the service.
  • To communicate with customers about onboarding, support, product issues, and service administration.
  • To comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect the service and its users.

5. Data sharing

Margynx does not sell customer data. We may use infrastructure or service providers that process data on our behalf only as needed to operate the service, subject to confidentiality and appropriate contractual safeguards.

6. Retention

We retain data only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period, subject to legal or operational requirements.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, least-privilege practices, monitoring, and encryption in transit. No security measure is perfect, and no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

8. Customer controls

  • Sellers may revoke Amazon authorization through Amazon’s controls at any time.
  • Customers may request account closure or deletion inquiries by contacting privacy@margynx.com.

9. International processing

Depending on the technical infrastructure used to provide the service, data may be processed in jurisdictions other than the customer’s own. Where applicable, we use reasonable measures intended to protect data during such processing.

10. Children’s privacy

The service is intended for business use and not for children.
