Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Margynx (“Margynx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information in connection with the public website at margynx.com and the Agentix Seller Cockpit service, including related dashboards, analytics, recommendations, automations, workflows, integrations, documentation, and support services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is intended for business users and Amazon sellers. This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by Margynx as a service provider to its customers and to information collected through our website, account registration, support, and service administration.
1. Who we are
Margynx provides Agentix Seller Cockpit, an Amazon seller analytics, repricing, and operational decision-support service. Margynx is an independent service provider and is not owned by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Amazon. Amazon is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service. Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account details such as name, email address, organization or store name, optional phone number, account settings, and authentication information.
- Seller-authorized Amazon data accessed through Amazon authorization flows and only for the permissions granted by the seller.
- Optional business data submitted by the customer, such as configuration values, cost inputs, pricing rules, thresholds, preferences, workflow settings, or other operational inputs.
- Service usage information such as feature usage, configuration activity, support interactions, and administrative events.
- Limited technical website and application logs used for security, troubleshooting, reliability, fraud prevention, abuse detection, and service administration.
- Communications such as messages sent to support, privacy, or contact email addresses.
3. Seller-authorized Amazon data
When you connect an Amazon Seller account, Margynx accesses Amazon data only after the seller explicitly authorizes access through Amazon’s authorization workflow and only within the permissions granted by the seller. The specific data available to the Service depends on the authorization granted, Amazon’s APIs, Amazon’s policies, and the Service features used by the customer.
Seller-authorized Amazon data may be used to provide dashboards, explanations, recommendations, monitoring, alerts, pricing or repricing-related workflows, operational decision support, troubleshooting, security, and customer support. We do not use seller-authorized Amazon data to sell customer data or to market unrelated third-party products.
You may revoke Amazon authorization through Amazon’s controls at any time. Revocation may prevent the Service from accessing new Amazon data and may disable some or all Service functionality.
4. How we collect information
- Directly from users who create accounts, submit forms, contact us, configure the Service, or use the Service.
- From Amazon systems after the seller explicitly authorizes access through Amazon’s authorization workflow.
- Automatically through routine technical logging, security monitoring, and service telemetry.
- From service providers used to operate the Service, such as hosting, authentication, security, communication, support, and analytics providers.
5. How we use information
We use information for the following business and operational purposes:
- To create and manage accounts.
- To provide dashboards, explanations, recommendations, monitoring, alerts, pricing or repricing-related workflows, and operational decision support.
- To process customer configurations, preferences, rules, approvals, and workflow settings.
- To maintain, support, troubleshoot, secure, test, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with customers about onboarding, authorization, support, product issues, security, service administration, and policy updates.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, security incidents, technical issues, and violations of our Terms.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, protect rights, and respond to lawful requests.
6. Pricing and automation data
If you use pricing, repricing, recommendation, or automation-related features, we may process related business configuration and operational data, such as product identifiers, price signals, customer-defined rules, thresholds, cost inputs, margins, approval settings, or workflow events. This information is used to provide and operate the applicable Service features.
Margynx does not make independent business decisions for you. You remain responsible for reviewing Service outputs, configuring controls, approving actions where applicable, and monitoring your Amazon Seller account and business results.
7. Data sharing
Margynx does not sell customer data or seller-authorized Amazon data. We do not share customer data with third parties for their independent advertising or marketing purposes.
We may share information only as needed for the following purposes:
- With infrastructure, hosting, authentication, security, analytics, communication, support, payment, and other service providers that process information on our behalf and under appropriate confidentiality or data protection obligations.
- With Amazon or other third-party platforms as needed to provide the Service, comply with authorization flows, operate integrations, or follow applicable platform requirements.
- With professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, and consultants, where reasonably necessary for business, legal, compliance, or risk-management purposes.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate transaction, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections for customer data.
- When required by law, legal process, regulation, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, users, the Service, or the public.
8. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, prevent abuse, and support legitimate business operations.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of data, the feature used, customer configuration, legal requirements, security needs, and operational requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, aggregate, or otherwise handle it in accordance with applicable requirements and our operational practices.
If you revoke Amazon authorization, the Service will stop accessing new seller-authorized Amazon data through that authorization. Some previously processed data may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, records, analytics, support files, or other systems where retention is reasonably required for security, legal, compliance, dispute-resolution, or operational purposes.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. These measures may include access controls, least-privilege practices, authentication controls, monitoring, logging, encryption in transit, controlled credential handling, and operational security procedures.
No security measure is perfect, and no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. You are responsible for using strong credentials, protecting your account access, monitoring authorized users, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
10. Customer controls and privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of certain personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Customers may request account closure, data deletion, or privacy assistance by contacting privacy@margynx.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. We may retain certain information where permitted or required by law, security needs, dispute resolution, contractual obligations, or legitimate business purposes.
Sellers may revoke Amazon authorization through Amazon’s controls at any time. Revocation may disable parts of the Service.

We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms may be defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect website or Service functionality.
13. International processing
Depending on the infrastructure and service providers used to operate the Service, information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions that may have data protection laws different from those in your location. Where applicable, we use reasonable measures designed to protect information during such processing.
14. Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@margynx.com.
15. De-identified and aggregated information
We may use de-identified, aggregated, or anonymized information for analytics, benchmarking, research, product improvement, security, and business purposes, provided that such information does not identify you or your customers and is not used in violation of applicable contractual or legal requirements.
16. Third-party links and services
The website or Service may link to third-party websites, platforms, or services, including Amazon. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security practices, content, or terms of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
